Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst Level 2 in our Business Management department. The selected candidate will become an integral part of the Missile Products Pricing & Estimating team tasked with providing guidance and support to the business unit activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have the ability work in a fast-paced environment. This position will be located on-site in Rocket Center, WV
.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Work in a team environment to develop proposals in response to customer requests.
  • Prepare Proposals in compliance with applicable government regulations and internal policies.
  • Present proposal recommendations to management.
  • Prepare certified cost and pricing data packages.
  • Support proposal audits and negotiations with customers.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine‑hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting or related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting related experience - OR - a Master's degree with 0 years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting related experience.
  • Experience in pricing, finance, contracts, business and/or business operations.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and complete work timely in a deadline driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools/applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office Suite:
    Advanced Excel skills is highly preferred.
  • Prior Price Estimating experience.
  • Experience with Pro Pricer.
  • Experience with Cost/Price Analysis.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Organizational/Time Management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated and works well in team environment.
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other U.S. Federal Government contracting regulations.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Primary Level Salary Range

$65,500.00 - $98,300.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
