Smiling from Open to Close:
Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Dependable and skilled in quality control when handling financial information, performing insurance verification, and preparing end‑of‑day reports, always keeping our patients worry‑free.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as sorting, opening, distributing mail, scanning, and photocopying. Answer phone calls and provide information to callers; greet visitors/patients; schedule, verify, and confirm patient appointments.
  • Explain procedures and/or services to patients using dental knowledge.
  • Present financial policies and arrangements to patients, collect co‑payments, and verify insurance coverage as appropriate.
  • Track appointments due to no‑shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • 1–5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental software, Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn new programs as needed.
