Archibat HR is looking for an Interior Design – Revit Technical Designer for an International Design firm to be based in South Africa, Cape Town.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Revit Technical Designer to join our fast-paced design team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior designers and project leads to produce accurate, code-compliant documentation for high-end residential and hospitality projects.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cape Town, South Africa.

• Generate precise and detailed construction documentation using Revit Architecture from concept through to IFC stage.
• Ensure all project drawings adhere to applicable building regulations and developer standards.
• Manage multiple project timelines efficiently within dynamic construction environments.
• Maintain exceptional organization and time management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
• Deliver high-quality technical design outputs with meticulous attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a relevant diploma or degree in drafting, interior design, or architecture.
• Has proven professional experience in a drafting role, preferably within the residential or food & beverage sectors.
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture and the ability to interpret and produce comprehensive working drawings.
• Possesses strong organizational skills and a proactive, diligent work ethic.
• Brings a collaborative and constructive approach to teamwork and client interaction.
• Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
