Pediatric Anesthesiologist

Overview

West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Anesthesiology have multiple openings for Pediatric Anesthesiologists (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate(s) will be expected to practice in Morgantown, WV. WVU Medicine is West Virginia University's affiliated health system and a national leader in patient safety and quality.

• Practice in the areas of Pediatric Anesthesiology.
• Provide excellent patient care.
• Actively teach medical students, residents, and fellows.

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligibility to obtain a state medical license.
• Completed anesthesiology residency program and pediatric anesthesiology fellowship program.
• Board certified or eligible in anesthesiology.
• For appointment at Associate Professor or Professor ranks, demonstrated leadership, excellent communication skills, and publications in high-impact journals are required. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
