Hours:
Monday Thursday 8a 7p, Friday 8a 5pNo weekends, no call
Full-time and part-time positions available
Supervision of mid-level providers required
Opportunity to build your own practice
Qualified for Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Requirements:
MD or DO with completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Board eligible or board certified
Current West Virginia medical license
Current DEA certificate
CPR certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred
Must meet Grafton City Hospital medical staff credentialing requirements
