Position: Community Work Based Experience/Job Coach (P1845)

Location: Itinerant/Hurricane High School

Evaluated by: Principal/Asst Principal

Salary Range: Putnam County Schools Professional Annual Salary based on experience and education level per Putnam County Board of Education salary schedule plus a competitive benefits package to include: PEIA insurance, retirement, life insurance, and free vision and dental insurance.

Job Description: The Community Work Based Experience (CWBE)/Job Coach community leaders to provide information, resources, training, and support for job training for students in accordance with student IEPs, as well as county, state, and federal policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Holds or qualifies for a license to work in the public schools of West Virginia
• Holds or qualified for a license for Multicategorical
• Holds a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education

Length of Employment: 200 days

Responsibilities: The CWBE/Job Coach shall have the responsibilities and duties as outlined in the Putnam County Schools Job Description Handbook.

Effective Employment Date: January 19, 2027
