The MACH Division at KLA is a global leader in semiconductor analytics, simulation, and process optimization. We deliver cutting-edge solutions that empower fabs to achieve higher yield, better process control, and faster innovation cycles.
- Responsible for various pre and post sales application support activities.
- The candidate will have the ability to work with a customer team at customer sites to conduct investigations, gather and analyze data, understand root causes of process errors, and develop and implement process control solutions to reduce killer defects and improve yield.
- Engaging with customers in defining problem statements, resolving customer issues, generating best known method (BKM) documents and other training material
- This engineer is expected to work with customers to publish papers at industry symposiums or in technical journals.
- Projects related to new product introduction: definition, characterization, alpha testing, beta testing, evaluation and customer use case development
- Coworking with engineering team to define software new features, bug fixing and engaging in roadmap design
- Learn new tasks and adapt to change, establish priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Have semiconductor process control or applications experience
- Familiar in chip manufacture process, metrology/defect related error and solution
- The candidate must be self-driven, yet a strong team player.
- The candidate must have good oral and written communication skill in English, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Software development and scripting skills are a plus.
- Travel to customer sites are required.
Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience;
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
