Robotics Systems Integrators Sales Specialist

ABB, a global market leader in robotics, is entering an exciting new chapter with Soft Bank Group's acquisition of ABB Robotics. As part of our team, you will help shape the future of robotics by implementing the integrator channel sales strategy in Mexico, driving growth and market share, and fostering customer satisfaction. This role is based in Mexico, offers a hybrid work model, reports to the Sales Manager, and is part of the Robotics Business Unit.

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

• Implement the agreed channel sales strategy within the approved budget.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery timelines, payment terms, and general conditions in alignment with ABB’s offerings and strategy.
• Execute targeted marketing activities and clearly communicate the value proposition to customers.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the assigned region.
• Manage administrative tasks related to the sales process and support cash collection and project management when required.

• 3+ years of experience in industrial robotics sales and/or automation project sales.
• Knowledge of control systems implementation and industrial safety.
• Willingness to travel.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in sales through integration channels and in robotic applications is a plus.
• Knowledge in programming and configuring industrial and/or collaborative robots is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering completed.
