• Influencing and consulting with senior management across ABB global units to shape quality strategy and improve overall performance.
• Ensuring customer-focused quality management, achieving high effectiveness in customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
• Driving resolution of customer cases to completion, following root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions.
• Reviewing the quality management system with global leadership to sustain suitability, adequacy, effectiveness and alignment with strategy.

• Knowledge of Quality Tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, CAPA/8D) and experience using them.
• Proficiency in Statistical Process Control and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Good knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical commodities, stamping, laser cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, plating.
• Experience with assembly process, manufacturing engineering, specialized machines, assembly lines, lean manufacturing.
• Conversant with SAP and ISO 9001:2015.
• Strong behavioral and collaboration skills with very good communication.
• Educational qualification:
  Diploma in Tool & Die making / BE in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering / Electrical.
