In this role, you will act as a design authority for your discipline, completing assignments on multiple projects or portions of major projects in a cost‑effective manner. You will showcase expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies.
- Work with the customer to shape and deliver solutions, gathering feedback to drive improvements.
- Create work plans and cost estimates for the portfolio of projects, ensuring quality and timely implementation within the targeted cost.
- Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure designs are manufactured, staged, tested, installed, and commissioned.
- Coach engineering colleagues on translating conceptual designs into engineering documentation and best practices, sharing lessons learned from past projects.
- Enjoy preparing project documentation and procedures for engineering assignments.
- 3–18 years of experience in Engineering, Commissioning, Planning, and Technical Management for PLC, DCS, SCADA, substation automation (LV and MV switch gear), motors, drives, analyzers, field instruments, power electronics, and PCB.
- Ensure quality and timely implementation of projects within target cost.
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering from a reputed university (full‑time).
- Comfortable communicating in English.
