Kongsberg Maritime Energy – Global Customer Support are looking for a Commissioning Spare Part Coordinator to strengthen our team.
You will sit together with the spare parts sales team and work in the same positive, informal, and supportive environment. By being part of this team, you will help create strong and seamless spare parts set up across both delivery projects and the sailing fleet.
This is a great opportunity to build technical competence and gain insight into our full portfolio of electrification, drives, and energy storage solutions for marine applications.
What you will be doing- Coordinate and follow up commissioning spares and replacement parts for ongoing delivery projects
- Plan, track, and ensure spare parts readiness for FAT and commissioning
- Maintain overview of supplier confirmations, warehouse status, and deliveries, and escalate delays when needed
- Consolidate and validate spare part lists from Product Delivery, Engineering, and Aftermarket
- Work closely with Product Delivery Lead, Engineers, Supply chain and Aftermarket
- Participate in project meetings to stay aligned on upcoming projects, roles, locations, and key milestones
- Contribute to continuous improvement of spare part processes and templates.
- Motivation for or experience within engineering, project management, administration, economics
- Technical interest
- Work experience from commercial and customer‑oriented roles
- Experience with digital tools such as ERP and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian
- Valid work permit in Norway
