Job Purpose
:
Lead the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of aluminum extrusion processes to ensure high-quality production, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Location: Loznica, Serbia

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve aluminum extrusion processes including bending, milling, and machining operations.
• Validate and optimize process parameters to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Localize technologies and assess machining processes for accuracy and feasibility.
• Solve technical issues, implement process improvements, and drive cost reductions.
• Manage automation and robotic applications in extrusion processes, including programming and deployment.
• Support and train production staff on technical skills and process standards.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to extrusion processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in aluminum extrusion or machining processes.
• Proficient in CAD, UG, Master
  
  CAM, and related software tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, process control, and quality systems (IATF
  16949 preferred).
• Good command of English for communication.
