We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor to oversee field execution of electrical and instrumentation works on a major industrial project.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise installation and commissioning of electrical, instrumentation, telecoms, and fire & gas systems
- Oversee FATs, SATs, loop checks, calibrations, and system walk‑downs
- Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards
- Interface with subcontractors, trades, and client representatives
- Manage QA documentation, method statements, and punch listing
- E&I trade qualification (Comp Ex desirable)
- 5–10 years’ site‑based supervisory experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or pharmaceutical sectors
- Strong working knowledge of P&IDs, electrical systems (HT/LT/MV/LV), and instrumentation protocols
- Familiar with permit‑to‑work environments and fast‑track construction settings
- Able to work extended hours and lead field crews effectively
