  • Lead and oversee a portfolio of business and engineering process improvement projects across the Engineering and Product organizations.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Product development teams to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality improvements, and innovation.
  • Establish and refine frameworks for continuous improvements, ensuring projects are structured, resourced, and deliver measurable results.

  • Six Sigma and/or Lean Black belt/Green belt certification, but experiences from other continuous improvement methods are welcome.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across functions.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to connect technical detail to strategic outcomes.
  • Structured, proactive, and able to see the bigger picture.
Why Join Us

As part of the Engineering leadership team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how we work and how we improve. You’ll contribute to the success of the Missiles and Aerostructure division, where we deliver advanced missile systems like NSM and JSM to global customers. This is an opportunity to drive transformation, embed best practices, and deliver tangible business results in one of Norway’s most innovative technology environments.

Candidates applying for the position will, as part of the recruitment process, be subject to a background check, and the assessment of this will form the basis for the selection of a candidate. To be considered for the position, you must be able to obtain security clearance and authorization in accordance with the Norwegian Security Act.

We encourage all applicants to attach diplomas and academic transcripts from their education. This will strengthen your application and provide us with the best possible basis for evaluation.

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis!
