Estamos buscando un carniero calificado para unirse a nuestro equipo en Fayetteville. El candidato ideal será responsable de cortar, deshuesar y preparar carne para la venta en nuestra carnicería. Deberá tener experiencia previa en el manejo de cuchillos y equipos de carnicería, así como conocimiento de las normas de seguridad alimentaria.
- Cortar y deshuesar carne según las especificaciones del cliente
- Preparar productos cárnicos para la venta al por menor
- Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro
- Seguir las normas de seguridad alimentaria en todo momento
- Experiencia previa como carniero
- Capacidad para levantar objetos pesados y trabajar en un ambiente frío
- Conocimiento de las normas de seguridad alimentaria
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al detalle
