Purpose Of The JobWe seek a candidate with over 2 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R). The ideal candidate should have strong skills in month-end closing and preparing financial statements. Accuracy, analytical thinking, and meeting deadlines are key to this role.
Key Responsibilities- Record routine/regular general entries and perform day-to-day activities as per the financial checklist for assigned clients.
- Handle finalization entries related to depreciation, prepayments, accruals, reclassifications, and work papers.
- Analyze financials and work papers, providing comments for review by senior team members or managers.
- Assist in setting up budgets in client reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), audit work papers, and customized reports, adhering to TAT and quality standards.
- Update checklists, financial delivery logs, timesheets, activity trackers, and MIS reports as per deadlines.
- Respond promptly to all emails.
- Collaborate with managers and senior team members on new client transitions.
- Take ownership of and complete any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by seniors or managers.
- Participate in client calls alongside managers or senior team members.
- Prepare Funder reporting.
