Global Early Talent Program (GETP) - Finance Trainee
Join ABB’s Global Early Talent Program (GETP) as a Finance Trainee. As a participant you will tackle a variety of finance assignments designed to develop your technical and leadership skills on a global platform.
Your Role And Responsibilities- Work across three six‑month rotations: host country introduction, overseas exposure, and home‑country deepening.
- Perform financial reporting, cost optimisation, and strategic controlling tasks including product‑line profitability, factory‑level cost projects, and project controlling implementation.
- Create and automate routine and ad‑hoc financial reports for senior management.
- Lead performance projects and contribute to fabrication costing process improvements.
The Role
- Recent graduate (Master’s preferred) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- Initial finance work experience acceptable.
- Professional fluency in English; knowledge of other languages a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication, detail orientation and curiosity.
- Global market leader that empowers innovation and results.
