Location: Belington, WV

What You'll Do:

As an AIT, you’ll work side‑by‑side with experienced healthcare leaders, gaining hands‑on experience in managing a skilled nursing facility. You'll rotate through every department, learning the ins and outs of clinical operations, finance, HR, compliance, and resident care — preparing you to become a licensed Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shadow and support the Licensed Administrator in daily operations
• Learn regulatory and compliance standards (state and federal)
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, and care planning
• Engage with residents, families, and staff to promote a positive environment
• Build the skills to lead a facility with compassion and integrity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare Administration or related preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for senior care and making a difference
• Must meet state-specific AIT program requirements
• Prior experience in long‑term care is a plus
