Location: Belington, WV
What You'll Do:
As an AIT, you’ll work side‑by‑side with experienced healthcare leaders, gaining hands‑on experience in managing a skilled nursing facility. You'll rotate through every department, learning the ins and outs of clinical operations, finance, HR, compliance, and resident care — preparing you to become a licensed Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadow and support the Licensed Administrator in daily operations
- Learn regulatory and compliance standards (state and federal)
- Participate in staffing, budgeting, and care planning
- Engage with residents, families, and staff to promote a positive environment
- Build the skills to lead a facility with compassion and integrity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare Administration or related preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for senior care and making a difference
- Must meet state-specific AIT program requirements
- Prior experience in long‑term care is a plus
