Non Medical Caregiver

Job Summary:
Village Caregiving is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Non Medical Caregivers to join our team. This is a full-time or part time, hourly healthcare/nonmedical position in the heart of WESTON, WV. As a Non Medical Caregiver at Village Caregiving, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing essential in-home care services.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive pay rate of $12 to $14 per hour, paid direct deposit semimonthly. Daily Pay is also an option!! Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, non-medical care to our clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Communicate with clients and their families to ensure their needs are being met
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
- Report any changes in client's condition or needs to a supervisor
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines of Village Caregiving

Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but NOT REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
