Key Responsibilities- Documents all service activities in a complete, accurate and timely manner according to regulatory requirements and Westbrook policy.
- Maintains daily logs and records.
- Transports clients in an agency vehicle to and from services.
- Monitors client safety needs, including physical, medical, behavioral and psychiatric.
- Maintains vehicles in a safe operating condition.
- Works to ensure a safe environment for staff, consumers and associates by following Westbrook’s safety policies.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information and complies with HIPAA regulations.
- Complies with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations.
- Demonstrates knowledge of and supports Westbrook Health Services mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior.
- Must pass Criminal Investigation Background and DHHR background checks as well as post‑offer drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
- Must have a clean driving history.
- Must be able to pass a WV Cares background/registry check.
- Must pass an observed urine drug screen post‑offer.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Work with staff, clients and others in a professional, cooperative, ethical, respectful and effective manner.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
