• Answer phone promptly in a courteous fashion
• Take messages, provide adequate information and route calls properly
• Schedule patient appointments for all physicians and confirm appointments one day prior
• Obtain complete and accurate demographic and insurance information for each patient
• Answer patient inquiries
• Collect co‑payments; maintain accurate accounting of the petty cash fund daily
• Maintain records, reports or other significant information
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
