Overview

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, provides community‑based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role offers a mission‑driven environment where you’ll build meaningful relationships and support participants in daily life.

• $13.50 hourly, with On Demand Pay Options (weekly or daily pay).
• Full‑time day position – driver’s license required.

• Provide direct, compassionate care to individuals with autism and related developmental conditions.
• Assist with personal hygiene, budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, nutrition, and other developmental goals.
• Support participants in community activities and help them enjoy their favorite hobbies.
• Maintain a supportive and trusting relationship with participants, ensuring their safety and well‑being.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (required for some positions).
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment with varying levels of complexity.
