The Division of Medical Oncology & Hematology, Department of Medicine at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, is actively recruiting applicants for a research faculty position at the Assistant Professor – term track level. The Functional Immunomics Core (FIC) provides a unique, highly integrated service center supporting all cancer immunology-related research. The FIC is equipped with high-resolution multiplex flow cytometry, high-resolution imaging mass cytometry (Hyperion), and a human sample sorting facility.
This position will oversee the daily operations of the core and supervise/manage all sample acquisition and data analysis. The individual will assist investigators, provide educational sessions for postdoctoral fellows and graduate students on panel design and reagent quality control, and coordinate with other University of Louisville core facilities. Responsibilities also include preparing reports and contributing to grant writing and submissions.
- Ph.D. in immunology, molecular biology, or a related field
This is a full-time Research Faculty position. Salary will be based on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate should have strong interests in immunology and molecular biology.
