Salary Potential: Minimum $90,000 within your first year of employment.

• Administer Comprehensive Hearing Evaluations:
  Perform thorough assessments to determine patient needs.
• Professional Recommendations:
  Provide recommendations for the best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
• Patient Education & Community Involvement:
  Demonstrate a passion for educating patients about hearing healthcare and actively engage in community outreach.

• Current licensure to dispense hearing instruments in the state of West Virginia.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in dispensing or fitting hearing instruments (Preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, complemented by a values‑driven approach.
