Achieving True Self (ATS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services for children and families in West Virginia. You will assess, develop, and supervise individualized treatment plans while mentoring BCBA candidates and RBTs to uphold high ethical standards.
You’ll train families to support progress beyond sessions, collaborate with a dedicated team, and contribute to ATS’s mission of growth and impactful, compassionate care.
