• Supervise and mentor RBTs and therapy staff in implementing treatment plans
• Conduct client interviews and develop individualized treatment plans and reports
• Design, implement, and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Conduct quarterly competency and performance assessments
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data using Central Reach
