Job Description
Entrusted Advisors is seeking experienced healthcare attorneys interested in remote secondment opportunities with our corporate clients.
We are looking to connect with attorneys who have meaningful experience advising healthcare organizations, including health systems, hospitals, healthcare providers, payors, digital health companies, and other organizations operating within the healthcare industry.
Relevant experience may include:
• Healthcare regulatory and compliance matters
• HIPAA and healthcare privacy
• Fraud and abuse, including the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law
• Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement
• Healthcare contracting and commercial agreements
• Managed care and payor/provider matters
• Healthcare transactions and corporate matters
• Government investigations and regulatory inquiries
• Digital health and telehealth
• General in-house legal support within the healthcare industry
Ideal candidates will have several years of relevant healthcare legal experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced in-house or law firm environment.
These opportunities will be fully remote and may vary in duration depending on client needs. Attorneys must be licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
