Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian for an 8-hour/week role at our Long Term Care facility in Cowen, WV. The consultant will perform nutrition assessments, document with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the care team.
Responsibilities include completing MDS - Section K, calculating TF, and making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes, while maintaining a patient-centered, communicative approach.
