- Per Diem to provide in-home OT to patients, helping restore their fullest physical ability.
Responsibilities include following the plan of care, documenting progress, and educating patients and families. Qualified candidates hold current OTA licensure in the state, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification is preferred.
