• Greet students, staff, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
• Assist with insurance verification and billing procedures
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Support clinic staff with administrative tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training preferred
• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations
• Compassionate attitude and ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
