Every shift is an opportunity to make someone’s day better. You’ll build meaningful relationships with your clients while being supported by a dedicated team that cares about you and your success.

Base Pay: $13.00–$18.00/hour based on experience

Plus, you can earn additional money through shift differentials!

• Weekday Regular Shift: $15/hour
• Weekend Shift: $17/hour
• Weekday ER Shift: $17/hour
• Weekend ER Shift: $19/hour
• Weekday Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $18/hour
• Weekend Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $21/hour!

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Monthly, quarterly & annual performance bonuses
• Referral bonuses of up to $1,000 per hire

You don't need years of experience to become a CAREgiver. We provide paid orientation and comprehensive training through our Caregiver Development Program.

You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing education, and additional training in areas such as dementia and palliative care so you feel confident providing exceptional care.

Experienced CAREgivers can participate in our 6-week mentoring program
, where they support and guide new team members. Mentors serve as role models while helping new CAREgivers build confidence and succeed in their roles.

As a Visiting Angels CAREgiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical care, including:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
• Companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Errands and appointment assistance
• Medication reminders
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life

We understand that everyone has different schedules and responsibilities. That's why we offer flexible scheduling options.

Choose from:

• 4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Regular, ER, and Angel Visit opportunities
• Local assignments matched near your home whenever possible
