Job Responsibilities:

* Support the success of village activities through setup, execution, and breakdown.
* Assist with site prep, loading/unloading equipment, and managing games, inflatables, and materials.
* Operate village activities and implement alternate plans in case of inclement weather.
* Assist with the Village Movie Series, including planning, equipment setup, breakdown, and weather-related relocations.
* Act as a flexible, cross-functional team member by supporting various departments and children’s programs across Snowshoe Mountain.
* Follow all safety and liability procedures to minimize resort risk.
* Contribute to the team’s success by living Snowshoe Mountain’s core values and assisting with additional tasks as needed.#

Education:

* High School Diploma or GED#

Preferred Experience:

* Experience in related field - Hospitality and Tourism, Event Planning/Management###
