A premier camp food service provider is seeking experienced Kitchen Managers / Head Chefs for summer camp kitchens in West Virginia. This hands-on position oversees the culinary team and ensures high-quality food service while managing dietary restrictions and allergens. Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining sanitation standards, managing budgets, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates should possess 4+ years of commercial kitchen experience, be self-motivated, and be capable of leading a team.
