We are excited to announce the creation of a forward‑thinking HR Service & Recruitment Team at Kongsberg Discovery
. Are you one of the two new Recruiters who will help us build a strong, competent, and collaborative team? We are looking for individuals with a unique ability to understand people, challenge leaders constructively, and contribute to making the right hiring decisions.
Selecting our next colleagues is one of our most important responsibilities. In this role, you will ensure effective recruitment processes that lead to hiring the best candidates.
Our HR Service & Recruitment Team is part of the wider HR community at Kongsberg Discovery

- Collaborate with and support managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyze job requirements and future needs.
- Write and publish engaging job advertisements.
- Lead and participate in interviews using competency‑based questions and psychometric tests.
- Assist managers with offers and the pre‑boarding stage.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and digital solutions.
- Organize and participate in employer branding events across Norway.
- Education or work experience in psychology, human resources, business administration, or related fields.
- AON Assessment certification is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check. Please note that this might affect the offer process or employment.
