• Full‑Cycle Execution: Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for both IT and non‑IT roles, ensuring high‑quality hires for our growing teams.
• Proactive Sourcing: Execute data‑driven and innovative sourcing strategies using Linked In, Git Hub, job boards, and outbound outreach to identify top‑tier technical talent.
• Prioritisation & Delivery: Efficiently leverage sourcing channels and prioritise tasks based on business urgency and recruitment deadlines.
• Data Management: Utilise our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools to maintain high data accuracy and provide clear reporting on pipeline health.
• Pipeline Building: Develop and nurture talent communities to support both immediate vacancies and long‑term hiring needs.

  Own the candidate journey, ensuring transparent communication and a personalised experience that reflects Gradion’s professional standards.

• 3 years of recruitment experience, especially in tech/IT roles, with a strong track record of managing full‑cycle hiring in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Solid experience working directly with hiring managers and stakeholders
  , along with the confidence to influence across all levels, navigate change, and deliver timely, insightful updates.
• Strategic thinker with a data‑driven mindset, skilled in aligning talent acquisition with business goals and continuously improving recruitment processes through analytics and feedback.
• Deep expertise in sourcing and candidate engagement
  , with the ability to build strong pipelines through personalised, multichannel strategies (social media, events, referrals, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  , paired with high emotional intelligence to build rapport with both internal teams and candidates.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset – capable of leading initiatives, and mentoring others along the way. Experience with various company models (outsourcing, headhunting, product‑based, staffing/consulting) are strongly preferred.
