Purpose of the Job
Provide day-to-day support for client desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and servers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients’ IT infrastructure remotely and on-site.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues with desktop equipment and software.
- Coordinate with Managers, Service Coordinators, and Engineers to meet customer service levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues, both remotely and on-premise.
- Represent the company professionally to clients.
- Perform other duties as required.
