SC Cleared Human Factors Integration Lead

Duration: 6 months+

Our client requires an SC Cleared Human Factors Integration Lead, to support the Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Integrated Capability (MEWSIC) programme.

Human Factor activities include:

· Delivery of Human Factors Integration (HFI) documentation, including HFI Plan and HFI Log.

· Lead review of Contractor’s HFI documentation including but not limited to HFI Plan, Task Analysis, HFI RAIDO Register, Detailed Test Specifications (Workload, Human Error, Usability, Situational Awareness), Detailed Test Reports, HFI Case Report, HFI Log, HCI Design Specification.

· Chair HFI Working Group meetings (quarterly).

· Support the organisation of, and attend, Contractor HFI workshops and trials.

· Attend wider project meetings as required, e.g. Engineering Management Meetings.

· Represent HFI during commercial and requirements discussions.

· General assurance of Contractor’s HFI approach and compliance.

· Experience of implementing human factors strategies across Defence programmes

· Experience in User Experience or Human Computer Interfaces
