An IT Change Manager is required for Leading specialty Insurance organisation that is midway through a major IT & operational transformation. The organisation is modernising its technology & service practices, introducing agile ways of working, & driving a customer-centred culture within what has historically been a traditional environment.

This role sits at the centre of that change, ensuring stability, compliance, & control as new platforms, tools, & delivery models are introduced across global operations.

You will own the IT Change Management process end-to-end, governing how technology change is assessed, approved, & implemented across infrastructure, applications, & cloud services. Working in a modern, agile environment, you'll collaborate with delivery teams & service owners to make change both safe & efficient. You'll also play a key role within a growing IT Service Management function, embedding mature ITIL-aligned processes across a global, regulated environment.

• Lead the full Change lifecycle, chairing CABs & managing risk approvals in Service Now
• Act as the governance link between projects, delivery teams, & production environments
• Maintain compliance with internal controls & regulatory standards (SOX/FCA)
• Drive automation & continuous improvement within Service Now
• Partner closely with Release, Incident, & Configuration teams to safeguard service stability
• Produce meaningful MI & reporting on change success & governance adherence

• 5-10 years' ITSM experience with direct accountability for Change or Service Transition
• Strong knowledge of Service Now Change Management / CAB Workbench
• Understanding of infrastructure & application release processes
• Calm, structured communicator, confident managing senior stakeholders
• Experience in a regulated or financial environment advantageous
