Job Description

About Infocion

  • Infocion builds enterprise runtime governance and Agentic Ops infrastructure for Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS). Our flagship platform, Infocion Aegis™, provides sub-10ms tool interception, privacy guardrails, and cryptographic auditability for autonomous AI in production. We are scaling Aegis through design partnerships with leading cancer centers and health systems.

The Opportunity
  • We are establishing our Strategic Advisory Board and seeking a senior healthcare executive (e.g., Hospital President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Business Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, or Cancer Center Director) who understands how health systems evaluate technology, manage compliance, and navigate institutional procurement.
  • This is a high-impact, board-level advisory role: we are looking for a leader who can challenge our assumptions, refine our enterprise go-to-market strategy, and help facilitate introductions to health-system decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Positioning: Advise on health-system buying behavior, pricing models, and how to frame autonomous AI governance for executive buyers.
  • Commercial Strategy & ROI: Help define clear business cases, metrics, and evaluation criteria for hospital deployments.
  • Compliance & Risk Navigation: Guide our approach to hospital CISO, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, FDA Part 11, GxP).
  • Network Development: Help identify and qualify prospective health systems, academic medical centers, and cancer centers, and facilitate warm introductions to key stakeholders where appropriate.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrated executive leadership experience (President, COO, CBO, CSO, or Cancer Center Executive) within a hospital, health system, academic medical center, or specialized cancer center.
  • Practical, hands-on understanding of how healthcare organizations evaluate, approve, and deploy enterprise technology.
  • Willingness to provide candid strategic counsel and participate in regular advisory sessions.

Compensation & Terms
  • Commitment: 2–4 hours per month.
  • Compensation: Equity-based compensation under the Founder/Advisor Standard Template (FAST) framework, ranging from 0.25% to 1.00%. Note:
There is zero cash compensation for this role.
  • Term: 12–24 months, governed by a definitive written agreement.
