Job Purpose
Manage personal lines insurance policies, working closely with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met, including handling new policies, renewals and customer service inquiries.

Job Duties

• Assist clients in selecting appropriate personal lines insurance coverage.
• Process applications for new policies and policy renewals.
• Review policies to ensure clients have adequate coverage and make recommendations as needed.
• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure the best coverage options for clients.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries, requests and concerns.
• Address client questions regarding policy changes, billing and claims.
• Assist clients with policy endorsements, cancellations and other service‑related tasks.
• Keep accurate and organized client records and policy documentation.
• Regularly review policies to identify opportunities for coverage adjustments or cost savings.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities to enhance clients’ insurance portfolios.
