We're seeking an experienced and commercially minded Employment Senior Associate or Partner for this leadership role. You'll help shape our employment law offering, drive business development and mentor junior lawyers while delivering strategic advice across employment law matters.

• Providing expert employment law advice and representation
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Leading business development and team mentoring initiatives
• Contribute to firm-wide growth and strategic objectives
