Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay range: Minimum of $17.94 + per hour. Salary offers are based on skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. Successful candidates may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

This position supports lean supply management principles in the BU Laboratory network, including materials/supplies movement and replenishment to point of use in the laboratory. Responsibilities include performing cycle counts, daily replenishment routines, and interacting with laboratory staff and supply analysts to assure material availability.
Responsibilities- Execute standard processes for managing material flow for all facility types in the assigned region.
- Participate in internal work teams to continuously improve supply replenishment processes, focusing on cost and cycle‑time reduction.
- Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts to assure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain visual management tools (e.g., Kanban) and mistake‑proof initiatives (labels with photos).
- 1‑2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory or supply chain.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- None specified.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a hospital‑based setting.
- Some knowledge of inventory control systems desired.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Efficient planning and organizing skills.
- Good math skills.
- Team‑oriented work style.
- Proficiency in software such as Excel, Word, Visio; desirable.
