We are looking for a
** Rental Shop Manager
** to lead our rental operations and ensure a top-notch guest and employee experience. This role will manage rental shop activities, inventory control, and staff to optimize performance, sales, and profitability.#

* Job Responsibilities:

* ** Maximize Equipment Rentals:
** Train staff on policies and procedures, maintain rentable equipment, and ensure optimal use.
* ** Guest Satisfaction & Customer Service:
** Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, managing scheduling, and ensuring staff readiness.
* ** Inventory & Merchandising:
** Oversee inventory control, manage equipment repairs, and ensure effective merchandising displays.
* ** Team Management & Development:
** Schedule, train, and mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a team environment.
* ** Safety &

Housekeeping:
** Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety guidelines, conducting regular safety trainings, and overseeing daily housekeeping tasks.
* ** Financial Oversight:
** Manage payroll budgets, monitor expenses, and implement revenue strategies to meet financial goals.
* ** Compliance & Professionalism:
** Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs, and promote a culture of professionalism.#
** Driving:
*** Have a valid Driver’s license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program#

* Education:

*** High School Diploma or GED#
*
* Preferred Experience:

*** Previous experience in rental shop management preferred
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
