** Business Operations
** At Puraffinity, Operations is a crucial department responsible for organising and managing the company's operational systems, policies, and processes. The team keeps a close eye on the productivity and effectiveness of other in-house teams such as Finance, People and Talent, Commercial, DEEI, and PD+Eng. They also develop strategies to coordinate communication between different departments, ensuring the effective functioning of the company as it scales.

Operations take care of executing various tasks and jobs, ranging from creating policies to ensuring HR pays people on time. Additionally, the department oversees the company's Learning and Development initiatives.
