We are looking for a Rental Shop Manager to lead our rental operations and ensure a top-notch guest and employee experience. This role will manage rental shop activities, inventory control, and staff to optimize performance, sales, and profitability.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maximize Equipment Rentals: Train staff on policies and procedures, maintain rentable equipment, and ensure optimal use.
  • Guest Satisfaction & Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, managing scheduling, and ensuring staff readiness.
  • Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee inventory control, manage equipment repairs, and ensure effective merchandising displays.
  • Team Management & Development: Schedule, train, and mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a team environment.
  • Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety guidelines, conducting regular safety trainings, and overseeing daily housekeeping tasks.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage payroll budgets, monitor expenses, and implement revenue strategies to meet financial goals.
  • Compliance & Professionalism: Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs, and promote a culture of professionalism.
Driving:
  • Have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in rental shop management preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
