What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Execute scheduled and ad‑hoc cycle counts, pick‑path verifications, and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and lost/found bin issues
  • Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements
  • Mentor team members on WMS best practices and safety procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transaction‑intensive warehouse or distribution center environment
  • Proficient in operating material‑handling equipment and common office tools (Excel, Word)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to sort numerical data and recognize trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration at all levels
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Six Sigma or CPIM certification
  • Previous leadership or coaching experience in a warehouse setting
  • Familiarity with inventory‑management systems and data analysis tools
  • Ability to adapt to changing workloads and work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
