As a Senior Manager, you will manage a million-plus dollar‑a‑year restaurant, developing disciplines in Accounting, Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Sales Building, and Cost Controls. We devote time, effort, and commitment to your ongoing development through the Carrols Management Development Program.

• Ability to work a 50‑hour work week including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
• Outgoing personality.

• Direct, control and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality product to our guests in the most efficient and friendly way possible.
• Inventory management.

• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests.
