You will lead maintenance of critical systems (2.25 MW diesel gensets, UPS, chillers, VFDs, and BMS/SCADA), supervise 24/7 shift teams, ensure SOPs/EOPs/MOPs compliance, and coordinate with contractors and field logs to maintain
