Join to apply for the LTO Associate I role at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. located in Mineral Wells, WV. Availability: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM shift (12‑hour night). Immediate start for 2‑week, 3‑week availability.

• Starting pay rate from $16.00/hour PLUS $1.00 shift differential.

• Successfully completes PIT certification course and maintains active certification.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures for all PIT operations.
• Identifies and reports equipment problems and unsafe conditions.
• Ability to operate a gas or electric lift truck and clamp lift in all areas of the building.
• Ability to safely move product through the facility.
• Completes necessary paperwork for reporting safety, quality, production, damages and loading/unloading verification.
• Ability to use roll flipper and bander to prepare rolls for shipment.
• Delivers materials to work areas as directed, stocks thermoforming lines with current order sheet, stacks overstock rolls on racks and moves into storage area.
• Weighs and prints tickets for roll stock, purge, regrind and waste.
• Housekeeping to ensure that all areas worked are clean and that all items are stored in their proper places. Includes the back of the infeed and weight station area.
• Inspects cores for damage and disposes of damaged cores and reports to Lead/Supervisor quantity.
• Supports Lean initiatives.
• Grinds clear and black scrap rolls and keeps grinder areas clean.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of powered industrial truck experience is required.
• SAP experience is helpful.
