AHF Products has a great career opportunity for a General Laborer at our Sawmill in Smoot, WV. Reporting to the Mill Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a steady flow of lumber throughout the mill.

Qualified individuals must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

• Must pass background check, employment verification, and drug screening.
• Positive and verifiable work history.
• Prior sawmill experience.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

The following physical requirements are necessary to perform the essential functions of this job:

• Push, pull, carry, and lift 20-50 lbs.
• Frequent walking and sitting.
• Repetitive movements such as stretching, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and grasping.
• Ability to communicate, hear, comprehend, and write in English.
• Exposure to dust and noise requiring hearing protection.
• Work in non-temperature-controlled environments and weather conditions.
